Deborah Wetter, Chair
This committee shall raise funds for the Centennial Project, a virtual hand washing/hygiene exhibit at the Building for Kids in downtown Appleton, in honor of John and Sally Mielke.
Communications / History Committee
Megan Leiser / Pilar Martinez, Co-Chairs
This committee shall devise and carry into effect, plans to give the general public information about Rotary, its history, object and scope and to secure proper publicity for the club.
Dawn Nowakowski, Chair
The club annually sponsors one major fund-raising event. The Rotary Shines offers Rotarians and their spouses, significant others or guests an evening of refreshments, fellowship and opportunities to win valuable prizes. The proceeds from Rotary Shines go to Rotary Club of Appleton projects or to one or more specific funds of the Appleton Rotary Foundation as determined by the Board of Directors.
Rotarian of the Day Committee
Trisha Huizenga, Chair
This committee arranges for different Rotarians to be Rotarian of the Day, serving as Greeter for that Club meeting and to give a brief (5 minute) presentation/update on themselves, their backgrounds and their interests.
This mission of this committee is to recruit, retain and engage members of the Rotary Club of Appleton. The vision is to get a diverse group of community leaders who are dedicated to living out the four way test.
Blake Doss, Chair
This committee shall arrange for the music and songs at all regular club meetings including musical instrumentation and song leading. The committee will also assist the other committees in arranging for music at all special meetings of the club, when desired.

This committee shall prepare and arrange the programs for the regular and special meetings of the club. The vision is to provide interesting, relevant programs that will appeal to a broad audience.

The Rotary Club of Appleton Recognitions Committee is dedicated to identifying, evaluating and honoring exemplary Rotarian and Non-Rotarian community leaders who have distinguished themselves in one or more of the Rotary Avenues of Service. Including a presentation of the Charles and Patricia Heeter Outstanding Community Leadership Award.
